Honey Kissed Crust

This pizza crust is one I created in college and have never looked back. I love that it is fool-proof, never makes a bad crust, super fast, and delivers a sweet kiss with your homemade pizza. Plus, you can easily adapt it by adding in some seasonings to change up the flavor a bit.

Honey-Kissed Crust
1 pkg yeast
3 C flour
1 ¼ C hot water
2 Tbs honey
½ tsp salt
1Tbs oil

Using a fork, combine 1½ cups of flour with yeast, salt, water (with honey dissolved in it), and oil. Beat for 3 minutes. Add in remaining 1½ cups of flour and knead together for a good 5 minutes. It will look very dry and like it won’t come together, but it will. J Place the large dough ball in an oiled bowl and toss to coat. Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 2 balls and spread evenly over two greased pizza pans. Pre-bake at 450 for 6 minutes or layer with your favorite toppings and bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of toppings.
