Pork chops are something I can just never seem to get right. Too dry or undercooked, but never perfect, until this recipe.
Melt-in-your-mouth delectable goodness that your family will ask for again and again, especially if you don’t tell them it has mushrooms in it. 🙂
I was skeptical at first by the few, seemingly random ingredients, when I came across this recipe on one of my favorite go-to sites for meal planning, “Made It, Ate It, Loved It”. But after a trial run one busy afternoon, this one gets 5 stars from me and our crew!
Oh and you must make this with homemade mashed potatoes, they add to the whole savory experience, leaving you filled up and looking forward to leftovers!
6-8 boneless pork chops
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1 onion, diced
Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on each side of the pork chops and sear in olive oil.
Place seared pork chops in crockpot and pour the cans of soup and Worcestershire sauce over them. Add cayenne and diced onion.
Cook the pork chops in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes!
